Bus numbers 148, 174, 176, X76, 181, 182, 183, X83, 185, 186 all stop directly under or very close to the tower. The bus stop is usually called "Schloßstraße".
By Train
The U-Bahn stop "Schloßstr" is right underneath the tower. You can even access the tower from the platform!
From the airport

Use Aitport Bus number 109 and change at "Zoologischer Garten", into the U-Bahn 9. Take this until the final stop "Rathaus Steglitz".
The tower can be seen from the station and is about a 5min walk away.
IBB / Schönefeld
Taxi, ca. 25 Minuten, ca. € 40,00
Use S-Bahn 45 until S-Bahnhof stop "Schöneberg", change into S 1 direction "Wannsee" nach and exit at S-Bahnhof "Steglitz".
The tower can be seen from the station and is about a 5min walk away.
